Choose a resource by its purpose
Start by identifying the task you want to practise and the kind of feedback you need. A guide can explain a process, a timer can help organise an attempt and a teacher review can examine a wider sample of work. These serve different purposes. Read the listed scope and limits before opening a destination, and choose material that matches your test type rather than assuming every resource covers both Academic and General Training.
After using a resource, keep one concrete observation: the prompt, the decision you made and the reason for a correction. Try the same learning move on fresh material before deciding it has transferred. A completed exercise or a longer answer does not by itself establish a band. Typed Speaking work can help organise ideas and vocabulary, but cannot judge pronunciation or fluency. The linked destination explains its own availability, access arrangements and terms. This local catalogue does not register an account, reserve teaching time or take payment, and it does not promise a particular outcome.
