Academic supports study and professional-registration purposes; General Training supports work, migration and training purposes, subject to receiving-body requirements. Using the format guide

Should I choose the test type first?

Yes. Academic and General Training have distinct Reading and Writing requirements, so select the appropriate material before planning a practice session. Use the source links in the labelled blocks to check the test information and use the skill hubs for our teaching routes. Local tools support rehearsal and time awareness; they do not replace the test instructions or assess a full performance.
