Controller and purposes — DRAFT
World Wise Learning is the proposed controller. Optional waitlist registration uses email, locale, an age 16+ statement, privacy notice version and timestamp, and separate optional marketing consent. Optional survey answers support product research and platform planning. No names or dates of birth are requested. Registration grants no private access.
Retention — proposal, needs legal review
Registrations: until 90 days after launch or withdrawal, whichever is earlier. Survey answers: up to 24 months, subject to earlier withdrawal or linked registration deletion. Pending unconfirmed registrations: proposed deletion 30 days after confirmation expiry. These proposals need legal review before activation.
Processing location and deletion — DRAFT
Processing location depends on the backend region chosen by the owner. No backend or live email provider is approved or active in this local build. Request deletion or withdraw consent at info@jurassicielts.com. Optional marketing is separate from registration. Rate limiting uses a salted hash with a short expiry; logs exclude email, tokens and free text.

Optional participation
You can browse public educational pages without registering. The questionnaire is optional product research and never an IELTS assessment. Skipping questions does not affect a waitlist registration. Answers may be saved in partial snapshots only after consent and email verification.
Security and access
The proposed backend restricts writes to validated server functions and denies public database reads. Confirmation tokens expire and are stored hashed. Administrative reports suppress small groups. Actual hosting, backup, region and access controls require owner review before activation.
Hosting logs and legal basis
No client analytics or third-party challenge scripts are loaded by default. A future host may produce technical access logs. Their purposes, retention, legal basis and any transfer arrangements must be documented after the provider and region are chosen.
External services and cookies
Following a practice, booking or messaging link opens a separate service with its own terms. This site sets no cookies. A session-only announcement marker avoids repeated panels; questionnaire answers and verification credentials stay in memory in the browser.
Rights and withdrawal
Request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal at info@jurassicielts.com. The identity-check process and applicable rights need legal review. No public endpoint deletes records based solely on an email address. Deletion of a registration removes linked survey records earlier than the proposed maximum retention.
